Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Identa’s website, mobile application and related services. By creating an account, accessing a protected feature, submitting content, joining a campaign or otherwise using a service that requires acceptance of these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Company and platform
Identa is a brand operated by ALLTIQUE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62011UT2023PTC016555. Our support and legal contact is admin@identa.agency.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and must be legally capable of entering into an agreement. If a feature or campaign has an age requirement, you must meet it. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where caused by our breach or a security incident attributable to us.
3. Professional profiles
You control the information you choose to publish in your professional profile. You represent that you have the right to submit that information and that it is not knowingly false, misleading, unlawful or infringing. Identa may request reasonable evidence where verification is offered.
4. Creator and influencer protections
Creators should receive clear campaign requirements before accepting a campaign. Where Identa displays a fee, deliverable, deadline or other campaign term as agreed by the relevant parties, those terms form part of the applicable campaign arrangement. A creator should not be required to provide materially different deliverables without a mutually agreed change.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, creators retain ownership of their original content. A brand or other client receives only the usage rights expressly agreed for the relevant campaign. Payment terms, usage duration, territory, exclusivity and whitelisting/advertising rights should be stated in the applicable campaign terms rather than assumed.
Identa will not knowingly penalise a creator for refusing an undisclosed material change to campaign scope. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable statutory right.
5. Brand protections
Brands and campaign owners are responsible for accurate briefs, lawful claims, timely approvals, required disclosures and payment of agreed campaign amounts. Brands must not require creators to make false claims, conceal material commercial relationships, infringe third-party rights or perform unlawful activity. Brands may report materially deficient, fraudulent or non-compliant deliverables through the applicable process.
6. Content and licence to Identa
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you separately grant to another party. You grant Identa a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, transmit and technically modify submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, market or improve the service, unless a more specific agreement governs that content. This licence does not transfer ownership.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not impersonate another person; submit fraudulent credentials; manipulate metrics; use bots or deceptive engagement; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; upload malware; circumvent security; harass or threaten others; engage in unlawful activity; or use Identa to facilitate deceptive advertising or undisclosed paid endorsements.
8. Advertising and disclosure
Creators and brands are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and disclosure requirements. Commercial relationships must be disclosed where required. Identa may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, deceptive or materially non-compliant.
9. Payments, campaigns and refunds
Where Identa offers paid services or facilitates campaign payments, the price, taxes, fees, payment schedule and applicable refund terms will be shown before or during the transaction. Identa may use third-party payment processors. A refund is not automatically available merely because a user changes their mind after a service has been delivered, except where required by law or the applicable transaction terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, serious misconduct or material breach. Where practicable, we will provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using Identa at any time. Accrued payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute and other provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep Identa available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security events, third-party outages, connectivity or events beyond our reasonable control. Features may change as the service develops.
12. Disclaimers
Identa is a technology platform and does not guarantee employment, campaign acceptance, income, reach, engagement, sales, verification outcomes or any particular professional result. User-generated information is the responsibility of the person who submits it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Intellectual property
Identa’s software, branding, visual design, trademarks, original text and other proprietary materials belong to Identa or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law or with written permission.
14. Dispute resolution
We encourage users to contact us first so that concerns can be resolved efficiently. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes will be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the Company.
