Data Protection & Your Rights
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Identa treats responsible handling of personal data as a core product obligation. This page summarises the operational contact and rights process supporting our Privacy Policy.
1. Data protection contact
Data Protection Contact: ALLTIQUE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED Email: admin@identa.agency
This contact handles privacy questions, rights requests and data-protection concerns. If a specific law requires a designated officer for a particular service, the applicable designation and contact details will be provided as required.
2. Rights requests
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request information about your personal data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and other statutory rights. We will assess each request under the law applicable to the relevant processing.
3. How to make a request
Email admin@identa.agency with the subject “Data Protection Request”. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or processing activity. We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent through the mechanism offered for that processing or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal and may affect features that depend on the relevant data.
5. Security incidents
We maintain measures designed to detect, prevent and respond to unauthorised access and data-security incidents. Where applicable law requires notifications following a personal-data breach, we will make the required notifications within the prescribed framework.
6. Retention and deletion
Deletion requests are assessed against legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution retention requirements. Where deletion cannot lawfully be completed immediately, we will restrict use where required and explain the applicable limitation where appropriate.
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may use any statutory grievance or regulatory mechanism available to you under applicable law.
