Data deletion

Instagram data. Remove Identa from Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Identa → Remove) or press Disconnect under Passport → Instagram. Identa deletes your stored Instagram access token, follower counts, insights and media metrics, and removes the Instagram entry from your Passport. When Meta sends us a deletion request, we confirm it here with a confirmation code.

Your Identa account. Email admin@identa.agency from your registered email address and ask for your account to be deleted. Records we must keep by law, or that the other party to a completed collaboration relies on (for example signed agreements and payment records), are kept only as long as required.
